Ingredients
- ½ cucumber
- 250ml low-fat natural yoghurt
- ¾tsp toasted ground cumin
- 2tbsp coriander, shredded
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
- Grate cucumber; squeeze out and discard excess liquid. Mix with yoghurt, cumin and coriander. Add onion and garlic.
