Ingredients
  • 12 rashers smoked streaky bacon
  • 1 butternut squash, quartered and deseeded
  • 60ml olive oil

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160C. Wrap 3 bacon rashers around each squash quarter and put in baking dish. Add oil, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Roast for 1hr 15mins until tender.
