Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 12 sage leaves
- Unsalted butter, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C. Halve potatoes lengthways, but don’t cut all the way through. Stuff with sage leaves, sprinkle with sea salt and wrap in aluminium foil. Roast for 1hr 30mins until tender. Top with butter to serve.
