Ingredients
- 4 tortillas, about 20cm diameter
- 4tbsp tomato puree
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 50g sliced black olives
- 1tbsp capers
- 90g wafer thin honey roast ham
- 250g ball mozzarella, drained and sliced
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 50g wild rocket
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200C and put 2 large baking trays in to heat up.
- Lay out tortillas and spread each one with 1 tbsp tomato puree, then layer on slices of tomato, black olives, capers, slices of ham and mozzarella. Season and drizzle with a little of the olive oil. Put tortilla pizzas on preheated trays and cook for 7-8mins.
- Remove pizzas from oven, season with black pepper, then scatter over rocket. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and serve.
