Mushroom stuffing

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. mushrooms

1 oz. butter

1 small onion

1 clove garlic

Salt and pepper

2 oz. breadcrumbs

 

Prepare and chop onions and mushrooms and fry in hot butter. Cut garlic clove in half and rub cut side round the inside of the basin being used for mixing.  Put all ingredients into basin, including butter used for frying mushrooms.

Put in try or roll into balls and cook in oven for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
