Preheat oven to 220C. Line baking tray with greaseproof paper and brush lightly with oil. In food processor, whizz chickpeas, coriander, tomato puree, egg and garlic until combined but leaving chickpeas with some texture. Stir through chopped chives and season.
Shape into 4 burgers and place on baking tray. Cook in oven for 18-20mins, turning halfway through, until lightly golden.
Serve burgers in toasted rolls with some lettuce, tomato slices and dollop of mayo.
