Ingredients
  • 2 little gem lettuces, leaves torn
  • 1 small cucumber, cut into chunks
  • 2 ripe avacados, cut into chunks
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
  1. Put lettuce, cucumber and avacado in serving dish. Drizzle over lemon juice and olive oil, then season. Toss gently and serve.
