Ingredients
- 1kg mixed sweet and regular potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp lime juice
- 2tsp ground paprika (optional)
- 1tsp ground cumin (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 230C. Toss potato wedges in olive oil, lime juice and spices.
- Scatter wedges on baking tray and roast for 30mins, turning once, until golden brown. Season and serve.
