Ingredients
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 250ml low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 3/4tsp toasted ground cumin
  • 2tbsp coriander, shredded
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions
  1. Grate cucumber; squeeze out and discard excess liquid. Mix with yoghurt, cumin and coriander. Add onion and garlic.
